Our story
Founded by Christine TURLIER, notary graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas, partner lawyer at FIDAL, Christine TURLIER & Partners is exclusively dedicated to property law, with two observations:
-
The lack of lawyers dedicated to this area of the law traditionally reserved for notaries,
-
The qualitative contribution of lawyers in this area.
The firm Christine TURLIER & Partners performs the services in full or with the support of experienced partner lawyers, when it comes to topics related to related specialties.
Christine TURLIER & Partners’ professional practice has also enabled her to create partnerships with the major players in wealth management (accountants, asset managers, private bankers, etc.) while preserving her total independence.
In addition, thanks to its permanent presence in Brussels, Christine TURLIER & Partners has an efficient network and an informative watch on European heritage law issues.
Our philosophy
The practice of property law requires, ineluctably and primarily, the establishment of a relationship of mutual trust between the lawyer and his client. That is why Christine TURLIER & Partners has a human-sized structure.
Respect for the ethics of the lawyer, guarantor of his independence, is the guarantee of an informed, sure and impartial advice as to the recommended solutions.
We conceive our profession as an art nourished by rigor, experience, technique, humility and imagination.
This close bond woven with the customer allows us to provide advice advised and dedicated in the utmost discretion.
